Introduction

As a licensed mental health counselor with over 5 years of experience, I am committed to providing compassionate, effective, and individualized care to meet each client's unique needs. I work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans and practical coping strategies that support both immediate needs and long-term growth. Through a professional and empathetic therapeutic relationship, I offer both short- and long-term therapy that emphasizes open communication, trust, and collaboration with the client. I create a supportive and safe space that empowers clients to reach their goals, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being. I provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults using a CBT approach. Through additional elements of behavioral therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness, my goal is to create an interactive, supportive, and growth-orientated environment. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, facing a life transition, or struggling with a specific issue, my goal is to provide tools and guidance to help you navigate these challenges. At this time, I am accepting clients for Telehealth sessions only, which are through a secure HIPPA-compliant platform. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, please contact me for a free 15-minute phone screening.
