Introduction

Welcome to the first step of the new you! I believe that each of us are the narrators of our lives & as such I strive to hold space for voice. Lending my experience to help you reach your goals together, we'll collaborate, reflect, & celebrate you, your goals, and your growth. I have been a helping professional since 2012, graduated with my masters in clinical counseling and have been aiding people who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictions. When I’m not being a therapist I enjoy being a cat mom, crocheting, and baking. Other interesting things to note about me as a person: Enneagram 6 (The Loyalist), MBTI - INTJ, a Taurus, and Ravenclaw. "Life as a therapist is a life of service in which we daily transcend our personal wishes and turn our gaze toward the needs and growth of the other. We take pleasure not only in the growth of our patient but also in the ripple effect—the salutary influence our patients have upon those whom they touch in life.” -Irvin D.
