Welcome! My name is Rebecca, and I specialize in working with adults struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and grief. As a person-centered and strengths based therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive space for all. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Attachment Theory, the Dual Process Model of Grief, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
