Introduction

Life is a journey full of surprises, both good and bad, but it never includes instructions. I have learned that forming healthy connections with others is a vital first step. My approach varies based on the needs of the individual client(s), but always begins with a welcoming and safe environment. I have over 20 years of professional experience with children, couples, and families, specializing in foster care and adoption related issues, trauma, attachment, blending families, and grief & loss. I'm also a mother of 3 adopted children, have experienced profound loss, and have struggled to find my way in the past. I so appreciate the courage that it takes to ask for help, and I want to applaud this first step you are taking in a positive direction. I would be honored to assist you further.
