Introduction

I am a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Clinically Certified SandTray Therapist (CCST) offering an affirming and inclusive space for individuals of all backgrounds and identities. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, children (5-9 y/o), adolescents (10-19 y/o), and adults. Before founding PMHS, I gained vast knowledge and insight working at a wide range of settings that allowed me to grow both as a practitioner and person. I provided mental health services at a Texas state hospital and therapy to a group of marginalized individuals at an LGBTQIA+ non-profit. I helped develop and implement two district mental health programs while providing therapy (both virtual and in person) to students ranging from preschool to high school seniors. I provide an understanding and validating perspective that empowers you to work towards healing and nurturing all parts of self. Together we will discover which path leads to the most beneficial and healthiest mental health journey for you.
