Introduction

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor | EMDR Therapist | Life Map Coach | Clinical Supervisor Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by past experiences you can’t seem to move beyond? You don’t have to carry it alone. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, reduce anxiety, and regain a sense of balance and peace. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and EMDR-trained therapist, I offer virtual EMDR sessions that give clients the tools to reprocess painful memories, release emotional blocks, and move forward with clarity. EMDR is especially powerful for those who feel like traditional talk therapy hasn’t gone deep enough. With over 8 years of experience across private practice, higher education, family therapy, substance use recovery programs, and community mental health, I bring both clinical expertise and a compassionate approach to my work. My style is warm, relatable, and focused on meeting you where you are—whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, or life transitions. In addition to counseling, I coach individuals through life changes, mentor early-career counselors as a Clinical Supervisor, and teach graduate counseling students. Still, the heart of my work is creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported and empowered to live more fulfilling lives. Through my practice, Mindfully We Elevate, I provide online counseling and coaching for individuals and groups. Sessions are available through insurance or self-pay, making it simple to begin. ✨ If you’re ready to release the weight of the past and step into a calmer, stronger version of yourself, I’d love to walk that journey with you.
