I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia, New Jersey, and Massachusetts with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of life challenges. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where every client feels safe to explore and process their experiences at their own pace. My work is grounded in CBT, DBT, Gottman methods, and strengths-based perspective, and the core belief in each person’s inherent worth. I specialize in working with adults and couples, offering both short-term and long-term therapy. My clinical experience spans diverse settings and populations. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, New Jersey. I went on to receive my Master of Social Work from Fordham University in New York City, graduating summa cum laude in 2010. Even in moments of feeling stuck or hopeless, meaningful change is possible—for individuals and couples. Through a supportive and collaborative process, we’ll work together to identify your strengths, nurture resilience, and build the tools you need to move forward. It would be my privilege to walk with you on the path toward healing and growth.
