Introduction

Patrice Brantley, LMHC Founder of The Seed Sowing Sistah Movement “Sowing seeds of goodness and harvesting legacies of greatness.” With over 10 years of dedicated clinical experience and more than 20 years serving in a variety of community settings in the educational services, We are deeply committed to walking alongside individuals, teens, and communities as they navigate life’s most challenging seasons. As the founder of the Seed Sowing Sistah Movement, we believe in planting intentional seeds of healing, faith, and emotional wellness, empowering others to break generational cycles and cultivate lasting legacies of greatness. Our Approach to Therapy At The Seed Sowing Sistah Movement, we take an eclectic, client-centered approach, blending evidence-based modalities with culturally sensitive care. Every journey to healing is unique, so we tailor techniques from multiple schools of thought—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, Christian-based counseling, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices—to meet each person exactly where they are. We create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether working with individuals, teens, or groups in the community. We focus on holistic healing—addressing the mind, body, and spirit to foster authentic transformation and inner peace.
