Hi, I’m Pablo, and I’m really glad you’re here. I’m a registered clinical social work intern in Florida, currently working under the supervision of Lori Pink, LCSW, BCD. I provide therapy for teens, college students, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are managing big changes, academic or work pressure, or just feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what comes next. My approach is practical, collaborative, and built on mutual respect. I use cognitive behavioral techniques to help you identify unhelpful thought patterns and build healthier ways of thinking and responding. Through motivational interviewing, we explore your goals, ambivalence, and strengths in a supportive and nonjudgmental way. I also draw from task-centered approaches to break challenges into manageable steps so we can work toward meaningful progress together. Alongside my clinical work, I’m also a Ph.D. student at Florida International University, where I focus on improving communication and access to care in Hispanic and Latino communities. This helps me stay informed and provide thoughtful, effective support to the people I work with. If you’re looking for a space where you can feel heard and supported as you work through challenges and make lasting changes, I’d be honored to support you. Warmly,
