Introduction

You’ve been through a lot—and your mind and body are carrying it. I work with women and teen girls navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma from childhood, relationships, or even childbirth. You may feel stuck in old patterns or overwhelmed by daily life. Therapy gives you space to breathe, understand where it’s coming from, and finally start to heal—from the inside out. Many of my clients are in a season of rethinking how they were raised, how they show up in relationships, and how they want to move forward while growing into who they were made to be.
