Introduction

Illusory (adj.): implies a false impression based on deceptive resemblance or faulty observation, or influenced by emotions that prevent a clear view. How have your experiences impacted your thoughts and shaped your worldview? Let's explore your worldview together, Dora style. While I am open to assisting with a variety of concerns, I have a special interest in aiding autistic adults (ASD), those experiencing anxiety, and couples in their journey of growth. Additionally, I am experienced in providing support for topics including spirituality, incarceration, motherhood, trauma, and life transitions. I tend to take a holistic approach to concerns as I feel that it is important to identify how life's circumstances are making an impact. Some things that I enjoy include humor, deep conversations, coffee, gaming, animals, and my husband/kids. I completed my internship at the Ohio State University Nisonger Center where I worked with young autistic adults, some also experiencing various mental health concerns. Additionally, I have completed Gottman Method level 1 and SYMBIS training for couples counseling. I am licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Board. My license can be verified here: elicense.ohio.gov Be careful about what you think; your thoughts run your life.
