Her primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on reshaping thought patterns to improve behaviors and overall well-being. Nicole is a strong advocate for her clients and is passionate about building a therapeutic relationship that promotes safety, honesty, and personal growth. Nicole works with clients ages 4 and up. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, playing with her dogs Nala and Simba, and embracing humor—often at her own expense. 😊
