I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we address the deeper roots of distress—not just the surface-level symptoms. I’m especially passionate about women’s mental health and taking a holistic approach that supports the mind, body, and spirit. As a clinical intern, I’ve had the opportunity to support a wide range of clients. My experience includes mentoring teens in residential treatment for anxiety and depression, supporting women through pregnancy and life transitions, and providing therapy for adults working through trauma and substance use. I bring both clinical training and personal insight to my work. As the parent of a twice-neurodivergent child, I have a deep understanding of the complexities that come with supporting neurodivergent family members. I enjoy working with both teens and adults, and I consider it a privilege to witness their resilience, growth, and breakthroughs. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strength-based practices, and solution-focused strategies. Above all, my goal is to help clients discover their inner strengths and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive.
