Introduction

I am currently accepting new clients in my telehealth practice in Maine and Massachusetts with evening and weekend availability. My practice is rooted in the core assumption that people are doing their best at any given moment. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who desire change and want to reduce their suffering. My goal is to support individuals as they navigate life transitions related to relationships, parenting, career, and identity. Together, we’ll work toward healing patterns that no longer serve you and develop practical skills for lasting change. I spent the first 5 years of my career receiving extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy at McLean Hospital, a leading psychiatric facility affiliated with Harvard Medical School. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I believe that all people have the capacity for change and healing. My aim is to work collaboratively with you to bring about insight and personal growth. I look forward to connecting with you to see if we might be a good match!
