I specialize in working with people navigating perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, depression, and disconnection. I work with couples who feel stuck in painful patterns but still hold care and hope for their relationship. Together, we’ll slow down, uncover the dynamics beneath the conflict, and create space for both of you to feel seen, heard, and valued. Together we build insight, emotional resilience, and meaningful connection—guided by somatic wisdom, depth psychology, & Jungian typology. I work best with thoughtful & curious people who take their internal lives seriously or have a desire to do so. I also integrate Brainspotting, a powerful, brain-based approach rooted in EMDR. By using specific eye positions linked to the brain’s processing centers, it helps access and process deeply held trauma and emotion—supporting healing, emotional regulation, and deeper self-awareness.
