Introduction

You’ve been holding everything together for so long. Maybe you’re the one others lean on, the one who keeps it all moving forward—until one day, you realize you’re barely holding yourself together. You feel anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself. You’re tired of overthinking, over-functioning, and “just getting by.” You might feel like you’ve lost your spark—your joy, your sense of direction, even your confidence. And while you can logically explain what’s happening, nothing you do seems to help you feel better. If this sounds familiar, you’re not broken. And you’re not alone. Hi, I’m Morgan Devine, LMHC Therapist. Trauma-informed. Real human. I help thoughtful, sensitive adults reconnect with themselves, work through trauma and anxiety, and begin to feel genuinely grounded in their lives again. Therapy with me is a space where you can stop pretending everything’s okay and start telling the truth—without fear of judgment. We’ll explore the patterns that have kept you stuck—like people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional shutdown, or overthinking—and gently untangle them together. You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, understand your emotions, and make choices that actually align with who you are and what you want. My clients often say that therapy with me feels grounding, structured, and deeply validating. I show up with warmth, honesty, and the occasional well-timed dose of humor. My Approach I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches including: DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Somatic techniques & body awareness, and Art and expressive therapies (as appropriate) Everything is tailored to your goals, pace, and comfort level. This isn’t one-size-fits-all therapy. It’s a process we build together. Who I Work With I work with adults in Washington State who are: Emotionally exhausted or burnt out, Struggling with anxiety, trauma, or emotional regulation, Recovering from people-pleasing or perfectionism, Feeling stuck in survival mode or lost in their identity, Navigating life transitions, relationship changes, or career shifts, or Wanting a therapy space that’s compassionate, affirming, and real If you’re highly self-aware but still feel disconnected from your body, nervous system, or sense of self—I may be a great fit. Who I’m Not a Good Fit For To honor your time and well-being: I may not be the best match if you’re looking for quick advice without reflection, prefer a purely traditional or passive talk therapy style, or are currently in crisis needing intensive care (e.g., inpatient or emergency services). I can help connect you with the right resources if that’s the case. More About Me (the human part) I’m a licensed mental health counselor based in Washington, offering telehealth sessions to adults across the state. Before starting my private practice, I spent several years working in a community setting with clients navigating PTSD, BPD, and intense anxiety. I’m passionate about helping people find clarity, strength, and direction—especially those who feel like they’re “too much” or not enough. Outside of sessions, I love long walks with my dog, creative writing (yes, I’m working on a thriller!), cozy nights in, and the kind of conversations that go way past surface-level. I get how heavy life can feel—and I believe in holding that with gentleness and grounded support. Session Details 🗓 Availability: Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (PST) Telehealth only (secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform) 💵 Rate: $150 per 50-minute session 🧭 First step: I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure—just a conversation. Let’s Begin If you’re ready to stop treading water and start feeling like yourself again—even if you’re not sure where to start—I’d be honored to walk with you. You don’t have to figure it all out alone anymore. 📩 Schedule a free consultation Let’s see what healing, clarity, and forward movement can look like—together.
