Hi, I’m Morgan, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a therapist who works with individuals, teens, and families navigating the messiness of life—things like anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, family conflict, and behavioral challenges. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just tired of carrying so much on your own, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone either. Many of my clients come in carrying long-standing attachment wounds. Maybe you grew up feeling emotionally invisible, responsible for others’ feelings, or afraid of being abandoned. In adulthood, that might show up as people-pleasing, emotional shutdowns, perfectionism, or difficulty trusting and setting boundaries. You might also be working through a breakup, grief, past trauma, or a big life transition—and wondering how to finally feel grounded and connected. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be fully yourself—no masks, no judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way and work toward practical, meaningful changes that feel right for you. I pull from approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and family systems work, and I use an attachment-based lens to help make sense of relational and emotional patterns. Most importantly, I tailor our sessions to what resonates with you. Whether you’re navigating a tough season or unpacking deeper patterns, I’m here to support your growth with honesty, compassion, and curiosity.
