I will assist you in reaching the goals you have for yourself by helping you to exercise your own strengths, rather than to give you advice. My approach to counseling is strengths-based and person-centered. I am a very good listener and my goal is to achieve an authentic and empathic relationship with my clients. I also incorporate mindfulness into my work. Mindfulness is an evidence-based way to help alleviate many symptoms and can help with self-limiting thoughts/behaviors.
