Finding the right therapist can be stressful, even intimidating. It might even feel like an impossible task. You might feel frustrated, overwhelmed, stuck, or burnt out with your life right now. Perhaps you’re struggling with a relationship. Maybe you've been blindsided by a mental health issue and are unsure of how to cope. I know, from experience, that this is likely overshadowing the good in your life and, whatever your reason for being here, I can tell you that there is almost always hope for change. Life does not always have to be this way for you. I understand and I can help. Regardless of what we cover in therapy, know this: I make a conscious effort to be trauma-informed and culturally sensitive toward all clients. As your therapist, my goal is to build the type of rapport with you that helps you feel safe and comfortable working with me and gives you the space to focus on creating changes that impact your life for the better. I do not believe therapy is a one size fits all type of journey and I will do my best to get to know and understand you as the unique and wonderful individual I already believe you are. I want to educate you, encourage you, strengthen you, and help build you up into the best version of yourself you can be so that you can live the life you want and deserve.
