I started Life Revised Therapy with a passion for helping people who always feel like they have to “hold it all together.” Early in my career, I saw how many high-achieving, caring individuals silently carried the weight of anxiety, unresolved trauma, and self-doubt—yet rarely asked for help. That inspired me to create a space where you don’t have to be perfect, where you can finally set down the burden and heal. Using evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I help clients move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to experiencing more calm, clarity, and connection.
