Introduction

I started Life Revised Therapy with a passion for helping people who always feel like they have to “hold it all together.” Early in my career, I saw how many high-achieving, caring individuals silently carried the weight of anxiety, unresolved trauma, and self-doubt—yet rarely asked for help. That inspired me to create a space where you don’t have to be perfect, where you can finally set down the burden and heal. Using evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I help clients move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to experiencing more calm, clarity, and connection. My approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on lasting change—so you can show up in your relationships and daily life with confidence and peace of mind.
