Introduction

Many of those I work with come to me feeling stuck, uncertain or overwhelmed, struggling to understand loved ones and feeling disconnected. As we work together, you can expect to see meaningful changes. You’ll feel more comfortable in yourself and your relationships. Our work will promote healing, trust and security. If you’re facing challenges in relationships or trauma-related issues, I’m here to support you. Our work will focus on fostering emotional growth and healthy relationships. My approach is rooted in empathy, autonomy and the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing. Together, we will work to cultivate relationships based on balance and trust. If you're navigating the ups and downs of romantic relationships or friendships, I’m here to help you understand yourself and your relationships, leading to greater peace and a more satisfying life. I believe my relationship with you is the most important part of our work - it's critical that I understand you and you feel comfortable with me. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and connection, I encourage you to call or email. Let’s discuss how I can help you move forward on your journey of healing and growth. Lola Mae is a 1 year old Boston Terrier who works with me, mostly sitting with you or napping, whichever you prefer! You choose whether she's in the room or not, and how much or how little you interact with her. I also offer walk-and-talk sessions, where we have our session while walking in a park such as the Botanical Gardens, Sandy Creek or Thomas Farm Preserve.
