Introduction

I offer relational trauma therapy, grounded in experiential approaches that help us get to the root of what’s weighing on you. Together, we’ll move with care and curiosity toward the deeper shifts you’ve been longing for. Much of my work centers around the impact of grief, trauma, and relational wounds - experiences that often leave people feeling alone in their pain, unsure how to move forward. My approach is relational and collaborative, combining Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore and connect with their core Self.
