Introduction

Hello and welcome! Whether you, or your loved one, are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection, I offer a safe and compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and deeply cared for. My approach is grounded on client-centered, evidence-based, integrative practices. Guided by the belief that true healing happens when mind, body, and spirit are in balance, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, allowing both healing and growth to naturally unfold. I am a bilingual, trauma-informed mental health therapist who is passionate about supporting others on their journey to heal and grow. Therapy with me goes beyond treating symptoms. It’s about fostering self-awareness, building mindful practices, and transforming pain into empowerment. As a mother of an angel and a law enforcement and veteran wife, I deeply understand both the challenges life can bring and the resilience within us. Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you, or your loved one, don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to walk beside you on this transformational journey. Supporting you in building deeper connections, embracing meaningful change, and helping you cultivate a greater sense of peace, presence, and purpose. With over 10 years of combined experience as a school counselor and mental health therapist, I am grateful for the opportunity to support children, teens, and adults navigate through numerous stages of life. If you are ready to start your healing journey or have any questions, please connect with me. Life’s seasons can feel heavy at times but being entrusted to walk beside you and support you through them, is truly at the very heart of the work I do.
