Hello, I’m glad you’re here. I believe people are not broken, people are carrying pain, patterns, and survival strategies that once helped them navigate life, but may no longer serve them. This is where the healing begins. I work with those who may appear to be holding it all together on the outside, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside, whether within themselves, their relationships, or couples navigating challenges together. I believe in meeting life’s heaviness with compassion and the occasional well-placed smile or laugh when it’s needed most. If you're ready for something to shift, even if you're not sure what that looks like yet, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you water your own grass, grow, and begin to blossom into the version of yourself you aspire to be. Our early relationships and experiences shape the way we understand the world and ourselves. These patterns often follow us through generations, quietly influencing how we connect, respond, and navigate life and relationships. Together, we’ll explore those dynamics to better understand your story behind how you came to be who you are today and together we will uncover who you aspire to be tomorrow. My approach is integrative, client-centered, and strengths-based. I practice and pull from a range of modalities to tailor the therapeutic support in a way that works best with each client’s needs and goals. Some of the techniques and modalities I incorporate come from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Solution-Focused (SFBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy. In addition to my work with individuals and couples, I have a passion for supporting parents, step-parents, and co-parents as they navigate the complexities of raising children, whether that be independently or together. Parenthood brings both an abundance of joy and real emotional challenges, and I provide a space where caregivers can explore the stress, transitions, and relational dynamics that often arise. Whether you’re parenting in a partnership, co-parenting after separation, or feeling stretched thin by the demands of it while single parenting, I’m here to help you build clarity, confidence, and connection in your parenting journey. I take a holistic approach to therapy, meaning I consider the full picture from your relationships, environment, culture and values to your lived experiences. You are the expert on your own life. My role in our partnership is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your experiences and supporting you in the process of growth and healing in a way that feels right to you.
