As a mental health counselor, I work with individuals across the lifespan. I’m passionate about supporting people through the many transitions and challenges that life presents, especially the complex journey of growing up in today’s world. Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to express yourself—without judgment. My approach is grounded in the power of the present moment. I believe that meaningful growth happens when we slow down and tune into what’s happening inside us—right here and now. Through this present-focused lens, I help clients connect with their emotions, deepen self-awareness, and gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back. I’m trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate, non-pathologizing approach that helps people understand the different “parts” of themselves. I love using IFS to help de-stigmatize mental health and make inner work more accessible, especially for those who may feel unsure or guarded about therapy. I’ve found that IFS can be incredibly powerful in helping people heal old wounds, reduce inner conflict, and build a more trusting relationship with themselves. My goal in every session is to support mental well-being, resilience, and personal growth—no matter your age or stage of life.
