Healing 180 Counseling provides a safe and supportive space for teens and adults to turn away from pain and move toward hope, healing, and meaningful change. We understand how overwhelming life can feel at times, and our goal is to walk alongside you with compassion as you navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or major life transitions. Our therapists use trauma informed, evidence based approaches including EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help you process the past, build resilience, and discover new ways of moving forward. We believe every person has unique strengths, and therapy is a place to uncover those strengths and create lasting change. For clients who desire it, we also offer faith based counseling, integrating Christian values with research supported approaches. Together, we will create a personalized path toward greater peace, clarity, and renewal.
