As your therapist, I strive to ensure that you feel deeply heard and understood, while also supporting you with tools to improve your quality of life. Being human comes with challenges—grief, anxiety, comparison, trauma, self-doubt, sadness, and more. Together, we’ll build space for these difficult emotions while also moving toward a full and meaningful life. My goal is to help you reduce the hold that painful thoughts and feelings have on you, so you can feel more present and aligned with what matters most. My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindful Self-Compassion. I specialize in working with young adults (18–35) navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Therapy with me is evidence-based, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Sessions may include mindfulness, movement, exposure work, self-compassion, and weekly commitments—along with plenty of space to process and reflect. I’m proud to be part of the California Psychology Center, working alongside psychologists committed to compassionate, research-informed care that supports healing and growth
