Introduction

Sometimes the answers we seek are hidden within us. I am skilled at bringing this hidden awareness to light in a kind & compassionate way. I work with individual adults interested in personal growth. My approach is centered on you as a person. You set the pace & focus, while I support you in clarifying your needs & how best to achieve them. I provide reflections, structure, & guidance through your process of self-discovery. Reasons for therapy include to feel more like yourself, improve relationships, illuminate a puzzling feeling, increase self-awareness & -trust, be more effective, manage time, identify meaning & purpose. I operate from a person centered & cognitive-behavioral (CBT) background with a psychodynamic focus & attention to traumatic experiences, among other psychological orientations such as parts work. Specific training includes Trauma-Focused CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, & Internal Family Systems. I’m happy to answer any questions to help you identify beneficial resources available to you. Please reach out for a brief consultation. If we’re a good match & you are ready, let’s schedule an appointment. You may email, call, or book by clicking on my website link. I look forward to hearing from you.
