I operate from a person centered & cognitive-behavioral (CBT) background with a psychodynamic focus & attention to traumatic experiences, among other psychological orientations such as parts work. Specific training includes Trauma-Focused CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, & Internal Family Systems.
