Introduction

Do you find yourself stuck in your head, ruminating about the past or worrying about the future? Do you feel lost, hopeless, dissatisfied, or unmotivated to make changes in your life but yearn for better days? Perhaps you struggle with forming or maintaining intimate relationships, are caught in cycles of drama, not knowing if it's you or them? Do you feel responsible for other people's feelings? Maybe you feel like you don't belong, aren't good enough, or feel lonely and unseen? Do you wish you could be less impulsive, understand and manage overwhelming emotions, and be more in touch with yourself and more present in your life? Many common problems we face may be rooted in negative beliefs about ourselves and the world due to adverse experiences. Together, we can create a non-judgmental space where concerns can be explored collaboratively and compassionately. Over time, a new sense of meaning, purpose, and vibrancy may emerge on the path towards greater authenticity and wholeness. I tailor my approach to your unique needs and incorporate an attachment-based, experiential, emotional focus using mindfulness, nature, accountability, radical acceptance, resilience, and recovery principles. I am passionate about getting to the root of conflict, upholding principles of nonviolence, and fostering authentic relationships with self and others.
