Introduction

I am a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have worked in different capacities within community mental health and privately since 1996. I provide a safe, trusting, and confidential place (Telehealth and In-Person) where you can express your thoughts and feelings in a positive, healthy manner without fear of being negatively judged. Child, adolescent, adult, and/or family therapy sessions are currently available. I also have Registered Associate MFTs with availability to assist you in managing depressive and anxious symptoms, stress management techniques, learn effective communication skills, parenting education, behavioral modification strategies, and relationship development and maintenance.
