Introduction

At our practice, we are committed to offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals at all stages of life. Our clinicians bring a range of specialties and therapeutic styles, allowing us to meet clients where they are and offer care that is both flexible and deeply attuned to individual needs. No matter what brings you to therapy, we’re here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Dr. Mark Rauser, Clinical Director, is a licensed clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. He brings a rich background in both psychotherapy and psychological assessment, including psychological, psycho-educational, and neuropsychological evaluations. Dr. Rauser’s therapeutic approach is integrative, grounded in psychodynamic and attachment theory, while also incorporating elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-esteem building. Dr. Rauser tailors his approach to best support each individual’s needs and goals. Dr. Jameleen Palomique, Clinical Psychology Intern, has over a decade of experience in the mental health field and has been providing therapy since 2018. She works primarily with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, and major life transitions, helping clients deepen self-understanding, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their inner strengths. Her approach integrates a range of evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices. Her goal is to build a trusting relationship that supports clients in reconnecting with their strengths and moving forward with greater self-awareness and self-compassion. Together, we strive to create a therapeutic environment where you feel seen, supported, and capable of meaningful change.
