Hi, I’m Mark — and I’m really glad you found your way here. I’m a licensed clinical social worker, a husband, brother, son, uncle, and a former (very proud!) dog dad. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years in higher education as a leader and educator — work that deepened my passion for building growth, resilience, and meaningful connections with others. Now, I bring that same heart into the therapy space. I specialize in supporting professionals and LGBTQ+ adults — people who often appear like they’ve got it all together on the outside, but inside are carrying quiet stress, anxiety, grief, or trauma. If that resonates with you, please know: you’re not alone. And reaching out for support isn’t a weakness — it’s one of the bravest things you can do. My approach to therapy is rooted in my clinical training, and real-world experience. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, compassionate space where you can show up as your full self — messy, strong, curious, uncertain — and feel seen and supported just as you are. Whether you're navigating change, healing from something painful, or trying to reconnect with who you are, I'm here to walk with you. I truly love helping people grow in ways that feel authentic, empowered, and deeply human. Let’s take this next step together — with warmth, honesty, and care.
