I know what it’s like to try therapy and still feel misunderstood. My training includes Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and CBT—but more than that, I bring presence, clarity, and lived experience to the work. I’m a direct, grounded therapist. I won’t sit back and nod. I’ll show up fully—with care, honesty, and the tools that help people actually shift. Sessions are currently offered via telehealth only.
