Hi, I’m Mariam, and I specialize in working with clients navigating a variety of topics and needs, such as family, friendships, relationships, and identity and how those topics can show up in the form of anxious or depressive thoughts and behaviors. My style is collaborative and flexible to your needs and goals. In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in, with no pressure to have it all figured out. I often integrate a variety of techniques such as CBT-related techniques, trauma informed care, and narrative therapy to support healing and long-term growth. If clients are interested, we can also focus on mindfulness tools to use in and out of session. I’m here to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and understood.
