Introduction

I am an active psychotherapist, collaborating with you to observe your mind and behaviors in a way that facilitates self-understanding, effective coping with suffering, and a greater sense of well-being. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and my doctorate in psychology from Loyola University Maryland. After a doctoral internship and post doctoral fellowship at the Anxiety and Stress Disorders Institute of Maryland, I started an independent practice in San Francisco. I moved to Chicago and I founded Huddle.care, an online individual and group psychotherapy platform for anxiety disorders and OCD. Huddle.care was acquired by venture-backed Mindful Health Solutions, a prominent psychiatric practice in California. I started and led their psychotherapy business line, including hiring and managing a team of psychotherapists. Back in independent practice in Denver, I provide individual psychotherapy to adults with anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders. My work is informed by 15 years of comprehensive training in cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic methods, plus thousands of hours of clinical experience with my clients.
