Introduction

Do you often find yourself thinking that life shouldn’t be this hard? Perhaps you feel misunderstood, exhausted from masking or overwhelmed by the challenges of navigating a world that doesn't understand your neurodivergent experience? Perhaps you’re trying to figure out what it means to be an adult or parent or professional and you find yourself feeling like an imposter? Perhaps you’re a parent desperately trying to find the balance of supporting your child while honoring your own needs and sifting through the endless information and pressures thrust upon us? It’s a lot and often it can feel like too much. As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I understand these challenges and I’m committed to empowering my clients to reduce burnout, maintain healthy boundaries, understand and work with their own unique neurotype, cultivate fulfilling relationships, and foster greater self-compassion and acceptance. We work together to create meaningful and lasting change. I maintain a strengths-based, affirming and holistic approach to help my clients build self-efficacy utilizing models such as Positive Psychology, Person-Centered Therapy, DBT and CBT. You deserve to feel better. Let's work together to help make life a little easier.
