The women I work with are often the ones others turn to. They’re the strong ones, the steady ones. The ones who keep going. But beneath that strength, there is often grief, exhaustion, and a quiet voice asking: What about me? You may be navigating the unraveling of a relationship, the disorientation of motherhood, the weight of perfectionism, or the ache of not knowing who you are anymore. You may look like you’re functioning—but inside, you’re barely staying afloat. Still, something in you refuses to give up. That part of you is what we’ll work with. I’m a resilience-informed trauma therapist who works with women ready to stop performing strength and start living in truth. Using an integrative approach—including EMDR, ACT, IFS, mindfulness, and yoga—I help you understand your patterns, listen to your needs, and reclaim your sense of self. You don’t have to do it alone. Healing isn’t always graceful—but it is sacred. Together, we’ll create space for clarity, self-respect, and a softer way of being in the world. If something in you is stirring, I invite you to reach out. Let’s begin a conversation. I offer virtual sessions for women across New York and in-person sessions by request.
