My goal is to work with clients in a safe and collaborative environment where individuals can feel empowered to make change and grow at their own pace. I truly believe you are the expert on yourself and through challenging conversation and new skills you can live an authentic and happy life. I specialize in working with emerging adults (18-26) and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, and career. I work from a person centered perspective. I utilize techniques from CBT, client centered therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and mindfulness in session to help clients move through and understand themselves and their challenges.
