Life doesn’t have to feel like an uphill battle every day. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or relationship issues, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. I support adults through life transitions, burnout, attachment wounds, and the weight of being “the strong one” for everyone else. As a first-generation, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I bring both lived experience and clinical insight into the therapy space. I understand what it means to carry intergenerational wounds, code-switch for survival, or feel like you’ve had to figure everything out on your own. My practice is grounded in compassion and curiosity, and welcomes all backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures, including polyamory and ethical non-monogamy. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, I get it. But it can also be a powerful way to reclaim your story and reconnect with your truth. It’s not just about talking; it’s about finally being seen, supported, and equipped with the tools to create real change. My approach is warm, curious, and active. I listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and offer insights to help you connect the dots. I’ll gently challenge unhelpful patterns when needed, but always with respect for your story, your strengths, and your pace.
