Introduction

Hi, I’m Lucy. I want to acknowledge that you are here—considering ways to heal, grow, and care for yourself. Everyone who seeks therapy has their own, important reason. You might be dealing with anxiety, unresolved trauma, people-pleasing, or a sense of hopelessness. Maybe you’re struggling to connect—in your relationship or within yourself. My role as a therapist is to help you identify, explore and access all the paths available to you—whether you’re seeking change, acceptance, or both. I work with individuals, couples, and families. My intention is to create a warm, curious, and compassionate environment where you can safely explore the lightest and darkest parts of yourself. I take a holistic approach to therapy, meaning we may work with thoughts, beliefs and behaviors as well as emotions and the body. I find that the experience of being witnessed and accepted exactly as we are can paradoxically catalyze change, and I believe in the healing power of laughter! I believe knowing oneself deeply is one of the most challenging and rewarding endeavors a person may undertake, and much easier to do with support. If you’re curious about working together, please reach out to schedule a 50 minute consultation. I’d love to hear from you. I am an OON provider and can submit for reimbursement on your behalf for you to receive possible reimbursement. Any insurances listed on my website or Psychology Today are ones clients have had success with getting coverage and utilizing their OON benefits.
