I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a background in executive leadership, human services, and systems change. Before becoming a therapist, I spent decades leading organizations through both growth and the challenges of the pandemic. I understand the emotional toll of high-responsibility roles, the quiet burnout that can build over time, and the strain of balancing leadership, family, and personal transitions. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, and changing family dynamics. I have a special heart for professionals—executives, physicians, clergy, and others in high-accountability roles—who may hesitate to seek support due to stigma. I deeply respect the need for confidentiality and offer a discreet, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space to sort through what’s heavy, including the invisible costs of leadership. I also work with teens facing the growing emotional and social pressures of a digital world—especially those who feel overwhelmed by social media, disconnected from peers, or unsure of who they are becoming in such a fast-moving environment.
