Welcome, I take a holistic and solution focused, positive approach to therapy. I believe that all areas of our life affect how we feel. Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed or just out of sorts. I believe that the client is their own expert and I can help coach and talk through life's difficulties. I am also trained as Meditation, Mindfulness teacher, and an RYT 200 hour Yoga and Yoga Therapy instructor. I love incorporating mindfulness and yoga into the clinical setting. I have over 17 years of experience working with college age students. Helping people to work through life transitions, anxiety, depression and trauma. I believe that one size does not fit all when it comes to therapy. I like to meet my clients where they are at and come up with a plan together to make life more enjoyable.
