Hi, I’m Lindsey, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Whatever led you to this moment—whether it’s a quiet ache, a loud unraveling, or something in between—I want you to know there’s room for it here. I work with individuals moving through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, identity shifts, and life transitions. But more than that, I work with people who are longing for something to change, even if they’re not sure what that looks like yet. My clinical approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and trust. Depending on what feels most supportive, I may integrate mindfulness, narrative exploration, and somatic practices to help you feel more present, empowered, and at home in your life. I hold space for both the pain and the possibility. I offer a place to exhale, lay down what you've been carrying, and gently reconnect with what’s been quieted or lost. This isn’t a space for perfection, but for your full, human self. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
