Introduction

Hello and welcome! :-) I'm Lindsay, a former teacher turned social worker out of my passion for supporting kids and adults as they grow, heal, crush their goals, and improve their physical and mental health. It's an honor to get to witness the power of the human spirit in my work and to see clients show up for themselves. I offer clinical services to address trauma, anxiety and depression, children's and women's issues, relational challenges, life transitions, and grief among others. I incorporate therapy modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, ACT, Rogerian, written exposure therapy, art therapy, play therapy and more.
