Introduction

On the outside you look like you are put together and can do it all, but inside you feel like a imposter and will never be good enough. You constantly come up with a list of all the things that you need to be better at, do better at. You fall last on your list because what happens if everyone else needs are not met? What happens if you are not perceived as having it together. You're exhausted, broken, and sooo OVER IT. That is where I would like to say to you, "you deserve to be loved and cared for too". Do you want to be able to relax, enjoy life, and spend time being more present? Therapy is the place to come and be reminded of your worth. To be held appropriately with comfort, compassion, and hope. To feel heard and cared for. To help create value around quieting your inner critic and showing up for your own needs. Creating space to be empowered in therapy is what I can offer. So you can show up the way you want and need to for yourself and others. I encourage you to reach out with your needs and allow the healing to begin for you or for a loved one. I look forward to seeing you in my office or online soon.
