Introduction

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor dedicated to helping individuals confront their mental health issues. Drawing from both classical existential philosophy and contemporary therapeutic practices, I support clients in navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and existential crises. With a deep commitment to fostering self-awareness and personal growth, I create a space where clients can explore their values, identity, and purpose in the face of life’s uncertainties. I believe healing begins with honest reflection and the courage to live a life aligned with one’s truth. I am also dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey of healing from trauma. With a compassionate and grounded approach, I help clients work through the emotional, psychological, and physical effects of trauma, whether from childhood experiences, abuse, loss, or other overwhelming life events. Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and other trauma-informed interventions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to reconnect with their resilience, reclaim their sense of self, and restore a feeling of safety in their lives. Believing that healing is not linear, I walk alongside clients with patience and respect, tailoring therapy to meet individual’s unique needs and pace. I am particularly passionate about helping clients regain control, rebuild trust in themselves, and move from surviving to thriving. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development. I have years of life experience which has made me uniquely qualified to work with individuals with diverse challenges, hardships, and struggles. My style is warm, collaborative, and insight oriented, empowering clients to live more freely, intentionally and meaningfully.
