Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut, with a focus on helping individuals manage and overcome anxiety. If you're feeling overwhelmed, constantly on edge, or stuck in cycles of worry, you're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. My therapeutic approach centers on you—your experiences, your strengths, and your goals. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that’s uniquely tailored to help you understand your anxiety, develop effective coping tools, and move toward a calmer, more confident life. Therapy with me is a collaborative process grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen and heard—without judgment. Whether your anxiety shows up in relationships, work, parenting, or everyday life, I’m here to help you untangle it and take charge of your mental health. I work with children, adolescents, their families, and women, and offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for your convenience. If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we're the right fit.
