I primarily work with a client-centered approach, meeting clients where they are and giving them space to explore and process their struggles. I incorporate the use of Sandtray and IFS/parts work in sessions to help clients begin to understand their inner system. Currently, I do not offer evening sessions. Reaching out takes courage, and you deserve to be met with care and respect. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but you're not alone.
