Introduction

Feel more grounded, connected, and at ease—whether we meet in person or online. I offer therapy for adults ready to slow down, tune in, and create meaningful change. In-person sessions are held in Nashville, and my virtual practice is open to adults across Tennessee, including Memphis, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. Many of the people I work with are navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or relationship patterns that leave them feeling stuck. If you’re not sure where to begin, that’s okay—we’ll move at your pace and explore what’s getting in the way. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in both insight and action. I integrate EMDR, parts work, and attachment-based therapy to help clients heal from painful experiences and develop more self-compassion. I also draw from CBT and DBT to offer practical tools for navigating everyday challenges. I know that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable—especially if you’ve spent a long time handling things on your own. You don’t have to keep doing it all alone. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and begin to shift the patterns that no longer serve you.
