I am a licensed Health Service Psychologist in Tennessee, practicing in Knoxville, with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. My main focus is helping people make choices to engage in living a meaningful life rather than continuing to live a life run by anxiety, fear, trauma, and "stuckness." I treat clients with PTSD, anxiety, OCD, and those experiencing distress related to life challenges and transitions (e.g., cancer, divorce, marriage, familial estrangement, career transitions). Outside of work, I have two spoiled corgis. I like to stay active most days of the week and enjoy fitness. Physical and mental health are intertwined and I think of exercise as part of a healthy routine for overall well-being.
